Trust & data

Your data, your access, no lock-in.

Straight answers on what happens to your data and how reliable our products are. The same rules apply across CallGuard and TowSpark.

Who owns the data in my account?
You do. Everything captured through your account, your calls, jobs, messages, quotes, customers, and reports, belongs to you. We act as your service provider and only use it to run the product for you.
Can I get my data out?
Yes, anytime. Both CallGuard and TowSpark have a one-click export in your account settings that downloads your data as a standard file. You never have to ask us for it, and you do not need to be cancelling to use it.
What happens if I cancel?
You can cancel anytime and keep access through the end of your paid billing cycle. Export anything you want to keep first. After cancellation we delete your data within 30 days in line with our retention practices.
What happens to my data if LeadBridge ever shuts down?
If we ever wound the product down, we would give reasonable advance notice where practical so you could export your data, and the same 30-day retention window would apply. We want to be straight with you: we do not hold your data in third-party escrow, so the right habit is to export your data periodically, which takes one click.
Where is my data stored, and is it secure?
Your data is stored on reputable US-based cloud infrastructure. It is encrypted in transit, and access is limited to the systems and people needed to operate the product. We follow industry-standard security practices. We are a small, focused company and are not yet SOC 2 certified, and we will tell you plainly rather than imply otherwise.
Do you back up my data?
Yes. We keep regular off-site backups so your data can be recovered if something goes wrong with the underlying infrastructure.
What uptime can I expect?
We target 99.5% monthly availability on a best-effort basis, excluding scheduled maintenance and outages at upstream providers like phone or hosting networks. CallGuard is also built to degrade gracefully: if our systems hiccup, the answering agent still picks up with your configured details, so a caller is never met with silence.
How do I get support, and how fast do you respond?
Support is by email. We aim to respond within one business day, and we prioritize anything that affects live call handling. As we grow we expect to add more support channels.

Questions a buyer should always be able to ask. If anything here is unclear, get in touch and we will walk you through it.
